Concrete Tea Light

Wow- I saw this being made on HGTV a few years ago. They used a milk carton, poured concrete in it, let it dry a bit, then put a tea light in it just to add the hole, pulled it out and let it dry the rest of the way. And there ya have it! Or you could purchase this one for $50.00.
