Chain Link Scarf
This chain link scarf is another simply designed autumn fashion idea. It looks like you could just make tubes out of fabric, and then sew them after linking them together. This would be a great Halloween scarf too.

This idea could be combined with the previous one about the tie bracelet. Two or three ties in coordinating colors would make an interesting scarf.
