Whatta Sleek Daybed

I think this would be an easy DIY. You could use an old (or new) crib mattress, they are covered in a waterproof fabric that would be great for outdoor use. You could either sew a cover for it or simply glue one on. The slatted base seems like a great way to use up some left over hardwood flooring. (you might know of someone who has some if you don't) The casters could be yanked off of an old microwave cart or some other wheelygig that you have laying around. What I love most about this daybed is the bolstered pillows and how they are attached using straps. I think the straps could also be old belts....
