Dead Kid
As soon as I saw these images I immediately thought "This would be an awesome way to show your kids pictures off. Instead of the skeleton inside why not a photo of your kid?" And it would make great use of an old doll face and hands, or you could prolly find some at the craft store.

Hmmm...interesting and haunting. I might be scared if I was a kid, but not because of the skeleton. Old doll faces creep me out! :)
