I think this is such a neat way to pay tribute to an antique piece while still expressing your funky modern style. I have a huge mirror with an ornate gold frame around it. I purchased 2 cans of purple automobile paint that I will use to transform this overly classy piece into a wonderful mirror for my little Salamanders room. If I ever come across a dresser like this one pictured I will immediately paint it.
