No Names

The "No Names" by Elisabeth Higgins O'Connor make me so happy. I want to see them. I hope I can find the time to get to the David Salow Gallery before Feb 28th....
"Based in Sacramento, California, Elisabeth Higgins O'Connor works both two dimensionally and sculpturally. Her work was recently on exhibition at CUE Arts Foundation in New York City, summer 2006. Recent and significant group exhibitions include the MFA Biennale at the di Rosa Preserve in Napa, California, Momentum at Southern Exposure, San Francisco, Cream at Arts Benicia, Benicia, California and Close Calls at the Headlands Center for the Arts, Marin, California. She has twice been invited to work as an artist-in-residence at the Kohler Company's Arts/Industry Program in Kohler, Wisconsin. During her course of research at UC Davis where she completed an M.F.A. in Art Studio in 2005, she was the recipient of the Robert Arneson Fellowship, a Humanities Department Research Fellowship and UC Davis Art Department Graduate Fellowships. Elisabeth was recently awarded the Joan Mitchell Foundation’s Master of Fine Arts Fellowship."
